COOKING WITH TAMDA EPISODE 3

In this episode of Cooking with Tamda we have a special host. The special person is Filip Dang an young influencer. Together with Filip we will be preparing Bún Chả. This food was enjoyed by many people in the world including Barack Obama. So today we will show you how to prepare everything from A to Z. 

✨Ingredients 
MEAT 
500g pork belly or ground meat 
1 teaspoon of granulated bouillon
1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Sauce
300 ml of water
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of fish sauce
3 teaspoons of vinegar
100g of carrots
100g of squash
1 tablespoon of salt

Side Dish
Rice noodles (bún)
Iceberg lettuce and perilla leaves
Grated garlic
Chili

✨Tips and Techniques
Meat:
Remove the skin and use a grill sieve to drain excess fat.

Sauce:
For pickled carrots and squash, use salt to draw out moisture. Then, squeeze and rinse to remove excess salt.

Noodles:
Boil for 2-5 minutes to avoid overcooking.
