• ID or Passport

• Fill in the registration form (our staff will be happy to assist)

   

For companies/businesses:

• IČO (Business ID)

• If you’re the owner: ID or Passport

• If you’re a representative: A notarized power of attorney "plná moc" + ID

• Complete the registration form

How many cards can you get?

• Your first card is FREE

• Add up to 3 cards per IČO for family or team members — just 50 Kč per card
