Vouchers Tamda Promo 2025

• Vouchers are one of the prizes that customers can win in the Tamda Promo 2025 promotional event. 
• Each week, winners will bring home vouchers worth a total of 60 000 Kč.

In each weekly draw there are 6 winners.

• 3 winners of vouchers worth 5000 Kč
• 2 winners get vouchers with total worth of 10 000 Kč
• 1 winner gets vouchers with total worth of 25 000 Kč

Terms of Use of the Voucher
Each voucher has a value of 5000 CZK (five thousand Czech Koruna).
- The voucher is valid for payment transactions in the Tamda Foods supermarket chain and the Tamda Express service. It applies to all products available through Tamda Foods and Tamda Express.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable after use.

Validity Period
- The expiration date is clearly specified on the voucher. After this period, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used.
- The organizer is not responsible for vouchers that have expired and were not used within the specified period.

Methods of Use of the Voucher (Coupon)

In the Tamda Foods hypermarket chain:
- When paying with the voucher, the customer must present it at the cashier for verification and application of its value to the transaction.
- The coupon will be collected by the cashier after the payment transaction is completed.

For the Tamda Express service:
- The customer must add a note when placing the order: "I want to use a voucher" to allow the company to prepare the necessary steps before delivering the goods.
- Upon delivery, the customer must present the voucher to the driver, and its value will be deducted from the invoice.
- The voucher will be collected by the driver after the payment transaction is completed

- The voucher is valid for a single purchase only.
- Customers may use multiple vouchers in the same payment transaction.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the remaining balance in cash or by bank transfer.
- If the purchase amount is lower than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded or carried over to the next purchase.

Restrictions on Voucher Use
- Vouchers cannot be used to pay for costs other than product value. These costs include, for example, fees for pallet and cart deposits, compensation for lost pallets, invoice printing fees, or additional charges incurred during the purchase process in the hypermarket chain or when ordering through Tamda Express.
Cases Where Vouchers Cannot Be Used
- If the voucher is damaged, erased, torn, ripped, or patched in any way.
- The voucher will be invalid if the customer violates usage regulations, such as copying, counterfeiting, or using expired vouchers.
Customer Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for checking and keeping the voucher safe. The organizer is not responsible for the loss, damage, or illegal copying of the voucher.
Changes to Terms
- The company reserves the right to change, add, or cancel the voucher terms without prior notice. Any changes will be publicly announced on the company's website.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding the use of vouchers will be resolved in accordance with Czech law and the organizer's guidelines.
